Childcare Enrollment Procedures

Registration

A non-refundable fee is required per child upon registration.  Thereafter, there will be a yearly registration fee. We do offer a free week every calendar year.

Summer Fee

There will also be a summer fee required in order to cover field trips, pools, summer materials, and in-center activities. The money will solely benefit the children and summer fun activities.

Payment

Payment must be made on Tuesday by 6:00 pm or the first day in attendance for the week in progress. Cash, personal check, or money order for the exact amount is due by the closing of the day. Checks or money orders should be payable to Fallone's Funtime Center, Inc. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a return check fee of $40.00. Any extra charges or special charges as stated in your contract are due with the next scheduled payment or as soon as possible. If the amount is liquidated, the account will be forwarded to our attorney for collection.

Absence

In the absence of a child, there will be no fee adjustment. The center has expenses such as staff payment, building expenses, materials, food etc. that need to be paid. These expenses and overhead must be met with the contracted tuition for each child.

Late Fees

Failure to make timely payments will result in a $15.00 late fee per week. If a child care fee is not made within one week of the due date, dismissal of the child from the center will occur.

Late Pick Up

The daycare center hours are from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. If a child is picked up any time after 6:00 pm, there will be a $5.00 fee for each child for every 5 minute period after closing time. This fee is to be paid in cash directly to the teacher at that time. If no payment is made to the teacher, the payment must be made the next scheduled day. There will be no excuse for late pickup unless weather is a factor or there is a serious emergency (accident) that prevents you from picking up the children on time.

The daycare center is closed for six paid holidays:

Christmas Day
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day

Security and Attendance

Every parent must sign their child in and out every day using the attendance forms. If the child is absent from the center, we ask that you please call in the morning to let us know. Please try to call by 8:00 am.
